Can you believe how great she looks!!!We are praising God for the success of Sarah's surgery. She's back to her normal happy self, and Mommy let her stop wearing her arm braces early. She had her stitches removed, and we think she looks amazing.
Thanks so much for praying for her. Her palate surgery is scheduled for April 29th, so we'll keep you posted.

You don't know me, but since I was looking for the name 'Vreman' in internet, I saw your blog. My maidenname also is Vreman, my first name is Lia. Our family is living in the Netherlands. I'm very impressed by Sarah's story, because we've got friends with the very same story as yours. They adopted a Special Need Child from China last year with the same problems as Sarah had. Kiki, as the girl is called, is very happy now!
It's a nice thought, that there are people living on the other side of the world, having the same familiyname!
